Padrón 1964 Anniversary Series Maduro Principe

Ah man, you know when you get a new spirit you’re excited to try, so you grab a cigar you think will hit the right balance of flavour, and you absolutely nail it? Like the Woodford double oaked and J. London Underground Maduro, this pairing absolutely slaps! My ONLY complaint is that the cigar didn’t last long enough. Wonderful deep espresso and cocoa notes complemented by a sweet note of apple and dried fruits in the Buffalo Trace. Aside from my tried and true JLUM/WRDO pairing, I can’t imagine a better way to end my first day at home, after a long work shift. Man, life is good 😌
