Started out pretty okay but a little bit rough, a little bit peppery, a little bit harsh, a little bit bitter. Into the second third it smoothed out a bit. The bitterness was replaced with more sort of dark chocolate, cocoa-y notes. Then into the final notes it sweetened up, getting dried fruit, cocoa, and spices. The middle and final third were definitely the best.
