A very nice smooth smoke, although not overly complex. The final third was by far the best third. Mostly got cedar, earth, and toasted bread notes, followed by the second third, which was identical with a few citrus notes although into the final third it started to get more cocoa and aromatic spice notes, which was fantastic.
