Absent — Bitterness, Spice, Harshness.
Dry / Balanced
Three rings mark the three recorded thirds; the curve between them is monotone, so it can never overshoot the scale.
A really enjoyable smoke, if a little one-dimensional. It was super smooth with forward flavours of toasted nuts. Not much variation through the thirds but overall a very enjoyable, very smooth smoke
